spacious rooms on-site parking broken lift luggage carrying
the rooms were spacious and very warm! i appreciated having on-site parking.
the lift wasn't working on the day i checked out, i had to carry my luggage down. it wasn't easy at all.

townhouse suite, amazing family stay!
nespresso machine jacuzzi bath separate shower
the townhouse suite was AMAZING for my family! the lounge had two single beds that came down from cupboards. an enormous lounge remained with beautiful bay windows. there was a nespresso machine, microwave, fridge, dining table, and tv. the main bedroom included an en-suite with a jacuzzi bath and a separate shower room.
my bill was higher than expected because of parking charges.

the reception organized tours and made dinner reservations. they were very friendly. the staff downstairs offered great suggestions for food and tourist attractions. they also offered advice for non-touristy points of interest.

the resort was very close to the dean village. it was also close to a tram station. it took us about 35 minutes from the airport to the resort by tram. haymarket station was only five minutes away.

A pleasant stay. Some minor issues
spacious room great amenities humid rooms mould
i found the room to be spacious and clean. it had great amenities, like a microwave and a fridge. it was quiet near dean village. i walked there in about five minutes.
our room was in the basement. it had a view of a wall! the room felt humid and the shower had mould. there was not much shower gel.

quiet area huge room clean facilities
the location was wonderful near bus stops and dean village. the area felt very quiet. the room felt huge, and the facilities seemed really good. i appreciated how clean everything was.
the lift was not working, i received no help with my luggage up the two flights of stairs

large area daily service traditional style
The room had a very large area. It included both a living and a sleeping space. i requested daily room service, and it was provided. the building had a traditional style. It definitely exceeded my expectations.
The towels seemed a bit dirty. They looked like what you might expect at a guest house rather than a hotel.
